About

Hi, I’m Steve Vento. I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaiii. (And yes, it was as great as you probably imagine.) I moved to the mainland in the early 70s and wound up owning and operating two service stations in Bremerton,Washington.

A job as a service rep for Bear Manufacturing Company took me to Spokane, Washington. While living there I also attended Spokane Community College and earned a degree in photography, while raising my two wonderful children.

After several years of success as a corporate photographer for two major international corporations, I moved to Olympia, Washington, where I opened my own photography studio. 40 years later, I retired from photography so I could concentrate on what I love most (next to my kids): photographic restoration.

I’ll always be an islander. Livin’ the dream!
